In Search Of… More Interviewers

Calling all interviewers, reporters  and features writers!!!

 

My interview schedule is opening up again. A number of you have expressed interest in interviewing me during Star Trek’s 50th anniversary, so now’s the time to schedule a date and time! (Rod… Roger… Larry… Michael… Brandon… You know who you are!)

 

Hey, why no female interviewers so far? Let’s rustle up some female interviewers! We can talk about additional things, like how sexy Dr. McCoy was (and is in the reboot, too!)–something most guys aren’t even interested in!

 

Let’s do this!

 

Features writers, where are you? Come make some money off me!  Cowboys and Indians magazine is paying me a tidy sum for a 1000-word article on DeForest Kelley’s career as a rowdy cowboy in westerns. What are you waiting for?  

 

So far every one of the radio and podcast interviews I’ve given (catch them all from my home page so you can ask me different questions than have already been asked) has resulted in a request for me to return real soon to talk more about DeForest Kelley. The takeaway: I’m no slouch as an interviewee!

 

I already have an additional interview scheduled for September 26th with Authors First Radio plus a podcast discussion of the Star Trek episode THE EMPATH with Wayne Emery on September 28th. I’ll be unavailable for all except LIVE interviews on October 1st. If you want to interview me LIVE and you’re local or near Tacoma, I’ll have a table at ABC (All Bethel Community) Day at Spanaway Lake High School that day. You can catch me there.

 

Other than the above dates and the evening of September 22nd when I’ll be at Yelm Writers’ Circle video taping my power partner Lisa Twining Taylor while she presents there, I’m wide open for opportunities to talk about my favorite topic–the REAL McCoy, DeForest Kelley–or any other, if you’ve read any of my other books.

 

Let’s circle the wagons, build a campfire, and talk about why DeForest Kelley was a Good, Good Friend to All! (Thanks, Kenny Rogers, for the song that best reflects my thoughts about De…)
