In the next few days, thanks to Lisa Twining Taylor, my two copywriting websites (HireMe.WordWhisperer.net and WordWhisperer.net) will become one, and its URL will be the last one I just typed. ZOWIE.
I wrote WordWhisperer.net first, several years ago, as a DIY site for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to try to write their own copy and for newbie/wannabe copywriters who want to learn the basics in about 40 short lessons.
The HireMe.WordWhisperer.net site’s target audience is professionals who want a tried-and-true copy/content/feature writer and/or editor to tackle projects for them.
By marrying the two sites, if people get frustrated trying to write for themselves, they don’t have to go elsewhere in search of someone (me) to do it for them.
Lisa is making sure I don’t lose any of the high-profile search engine mojo I already have going for me, and she’s building a site that will reflect my personality (visually).
