MARK YOUR CALENDARS, TACOMA-AREA RESIDENTS
MARK YOUR CALENDARS, TACOMA-AREA RESIDENTS!
It’s just seventeen days until the May 18th B&G Sponsored Events Mother’s Day Bazaar. This is a bazaar honoring ALL of the people who serve as primary caregivers to dependent youngsters–biological moms, adoptive moms, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings… you name it and claim it, and we’re here to honor you!
This event takes place at 602 North Street, Tacoma from 10 AM to 5 PM. There is ample parking. (The address will bring you to a church, but the event isn’t church-sponsored).
I will be there, as will another local author, Christopher Bailey who writes juvenile and Young Adult fiction. (I’ve read four of his books and enjoyed each one immensely.)
There will be many local arts and crafts vendors and many of your other favorite kinds of vendors.
Please share this post with your Tacoma-area friends and families. Why not make it a group outing? The more, the merrier!
Sure do hope to see you there!!!
P.S. I’m the event’s “Featured Guest.” I’ll be reading a couple of fun excerpts (and maybe even a poignant one, if I can do it without crying!) from my book “DeForest Kelley Up Close and Personal: A Harvest of Memories from the Fan Who Knew Him Best.” I’m happy to sign your copy of the book or any other book you own that I wrote. I’ll have some copies of all my books at this event, but NOT a ton of them, so if you already have a copy, please bring it. You can also order them ahead of time (but do it SOON so it arrives on time!) at Amazon here: https://amzn.to/2GQJ5LJ. I’ll be at B&G’s upcoming events from July through December, too, if you can’t make it to this one. Visit bngsponsoredevents.com for more information.
